Returns Policy

At Bright Early Days we hope you love our products. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If an item is faulty and defective or not as the description we can offer a refund or exchange.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 48 hours from when the item is received. If 48 hours have passed since your item was received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your refund/return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a description of the defect and photos clearly showing the defect. Send this to hello@brightearlydays.com.au.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will assess the damaged items and it is at our discretion to determine whether an item can be refunded and returned. If a faulty item is returned without an email and photos of the damage Bright Early Days reserves the right to refuse the refund.

Bright Early Days reserves the right to not accept a refund and return if the item is not damaged or faulty and/or is not within the terms and conditions of Australian Consumer Law.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 5 working days after delivery.

Bright Early days does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged mail once it has left us.
